Our spring trip is scheduled for Crested Butte. It has been four years since we last skied there. We are staying at the Elevation Hotel & Spa for six nights. This is a SKI-In SKI-Out facility. CB is an Epic Pass property. As a result, you will have to buy an Epic Pass. A link and suggested Pass options will be in another article in the SMUBIKS. We will have Double Queen Deluxe rooms*. Each room will have a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is included. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and an indoor hot tub & pool to relax after a hard day skiing. They have the 9380 Tavern.

Restaurant & Bar for meals and Apres-ski libations. There are approximately six restaurants in the Base Area where the Elevation is located. Take a short walk to the shuttle bus stop that will take you to the Town of Crested Butte, where there are many restaurants.

The Red Lady Express & the Silver Queen Lifts are a 30-step walk from the Elevation. CB is 18% beginner, 29% intermediate, 21% advanced & 32% expert. There are 121 runs in the 1,547 acres of skiing terrain. The base elevation is 9,375 ft, and the summit elevation is 12,162 ft.
